Check-in / Check-out

Check-in is anytime after 3:00 PM. Please check out by 12:00 PM (noon) so we can prepare the space for our next guests.

No Smoking & No Pets

This is a smoke-free home and we’re unable to host pets. Thank you for helping us keep the space fresh and comfortable for everyone.

Maximum Occupancy

The space accommodates up to 2 guests. For safety and security, only registered guests are allowed to stay.

Quiet Hours

Please keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM to respect our neighbors. Care for the Space We love sharing our home and ask that you treat it kindly. Any damage or missing items may be charged at cost.

No Parties or Events

To keep things peaceful for everyone, parties, events, or commercial shoots aren’t allowed without prior approval.
