Short-term rental & agreement: To comply with local requirements, a brief rental agreement is signed at move-in.
Utilities & building fee: The building separately bills only the utilities you actually use (water, electricity, heating). Typical weekly cost is KRW 40,000–60,000 and varies by season and usage. Utilities are settled in cash at move-out per building rules.
No pets. No smoking or vaping: Pets and smoking are strictly prohibited. In case of violation, a professional cleaning fee will be charged, as specified in the rental agreement.
Free Parking: One vehicle can be parked for free in the underground garage with prior registration. Please prepare your vehicle registration document in advance. On-site Host: The host resides in the building, allowing for immediate assistance in case of any issues inside the unit.
