This property is offered for short-term rental. Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement to comply with legal requirements.
Guests will receive a management fee bill from the building, which includes utility charges such as water, electricity, and heating. Guests will pay only for the utilities used during their stay. This arrangement helps us offer the lowest possible rental price.
The average weekly utility fee is approximately 40,000–60,000 KRW, but it may vary depending on usage. Please note: Cash is the only payment method accepted by the building for these fees.
Pets and smoking are strictly prohibited. In case of violation, a professional cleaning fee will be charged, as specified in the rental agreement.
