A huge favorite for this stay! Hosts are simply adorable, rare kindness, and always available to make sure everything goes smoothly. The accommodation was perfect: clean, quiet, nicely decorated and extremely well equipped. It immediately feels like home. The location is great: two supermarkets a stone's throw away and the metro station is just a minute's walk away, making getting around super convenient. The warm atmosphere makes the stay even more enjoyable. I would recommend it unseen and would definitely stay again!

We had an amazing stay! The place is just as described, very clean and quiet. Hosts went above and beyond to accomodate us. It is about an hour ride to Gwanhwamun (Downtown Seoul), but less then 30 minutes ride to Hongdae via Airport Railroad. There is a small mountain nearby that has a lot to offer and in about 30 minutes on foot there is a botanic garden with beautiful park. Lots of restaurants and two grocery shops within a minute walk. We loved our stay and looking forward to coming back!

Amazing accommodation to stay at for a few weeks, also fits 2 people just fine. Very close to the subway with great connections - if you’re taking the airport line from Gimpo you’ll be in the city centre within 20 mins. Everything is as described and the hosts are super friendly, fast responding and flexible. A great help with everything. Will definitely come back to stay there next time! Thank you so much! ❤️

What is the contract process?
We operate as a short-term rental. You can pay the rent on our website and sign a short-term rental agreement at check-in. Please note that because this is a short-term rental and not a hotel, utility/management fees (e.g., electricity and water) are charged separately.

How much are the utility/management fees?
The building will send you a management fee bill that covers utilities such as water, electricity, and heating. You’ll only pay for what you actually use during your stay — this helps us keep your room rate as low as possible.
Utility costs are usually around 40,000–60,000 KRW per week, but this can vary based on your usage. The building accepts cash only for this payment.
